American Corner Struga and Youth Center Ohrid, with support by the US Embassy in Skopje, are organizing a presentation and discussion on the topic: “Sustainable Democracy: The Role of Civil Society”, which will take place on March 19, starting at 5 pm, at the premises of Youth Center Ohrid.
The guest speaker at this event, Mr. Akram R. Elias, is an expert in international relations and is the President of the international consulting firm Capital Communications Group, Inc. During his extensive career, Mr. Elias has experience as speaker and trainer on various topics, including: American government and politics, foreign policy in a global environment, strategic communications, civil liberties and democracy building, civil society and good governance.
