​American Corner Shtip in cooperation with CEFE Macedonia is organizing financial literacy training for running agribusiness , “Farmers Business Games” . The training is structured according to the experiential learning methodology and it is planned to be implemented through games and simulations, which will be interactive, as well as competitive and challenging.

What benefits will you gain from the training?
- gain knowledge about the selection process of agricultural crops and domestic animals and about the different systems in the breeding process;
- gain an understanding of managing relationships between sellers and buyers;
- define, manage and analyze financial documents in order to increase income, and thus provide future financial opportunities;
- make reasonable plans of expenses and investments;
- learn about the advantages of long-term business planning;
- be aware of the possibilities to mitigate risks related to the harvest, uncertainties and seasonal disasters;
- understand the possibilities for risk mitigation through savings, insurance and loans;

This training is for all current or potential farmers, high school and college students planning to go into food production, and all agricultural entrepreneurs who want to experience how easy or difficult it is to run a small family agribusiness.
The Farmers Business Games training is developed and in property of German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation.

The training will be carried out on February 27 & 28 and on March 01, from 16.00 - 20.00, virtually through the ZOOM platform. The official language of the training is Macedonian and the participation is free of charge.

Due to our limited number of participants we can only invite up to 20 people to join in the training. Pre-registration is required. Please register here no later than February 25 at 12:00.
