Join us this Monday at the American Corner Skopje to discuss the U.S Electoral process with Virginia Elliot, Director of the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs section at U.S. Embassy Skopje.
If you know anything about the U.S. Electoral Process, it's that it involves the Electoral College. And if you've heard of the Electoral College, then you know it works on a Winner-Take-All principle. Not so in New Hampshire, one of 2 States whose elections work differently.
To find out how and why, and what this means for the US elections, as well as democracy in the US, American Corner Skopje is hosting a talk with Virginia Elliott, Director of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs at the US Embassy North Macedonia, and a New Hampshire resident. She will break down all these points and more, such as the history and contributions of New Hampshire to American Independence as one of its original 13 colonies.
